Homebuyer survey and valuation

A Homebuyer Survey and Valuation, also known as a Homebuyer's Report, is a survey prepared to a standard format set out by the RICS.

The report includes a valuation of the property and also an insurance valuation, and is intended for more modern houses and flats which have not been altered, extended, converted or suffered any structural damage.
