Siefers Harrison Ltd is fully accredited by the RICS for the provision of Commercial Energy Certificates and Display Energy Certificates.

As from 4th January 2009 provision of these certificates is a legal requirement upon the construction, sale or lease of all commercial property over 50 sq metres.

Display Energy Certificates are required on all public buildings in excess of 1000 sq metres.
