Building Survey

A Building Survey is a comprehensive inspection of a property. It is suitable for all properties especially the following:

• listed buildings
• older properties
• buildings constructed in an unusual way, however old they are
• properties you plan to alter or renovate in any way
• properties that have had extensive alterations

It is important to note that a building survey can be bespoke (rather than standard) and our building surveys also include a detailed list of repairs and defects and costings in connection with these repairs and defects.
